Taj Theog Resort & Spa Shimla, Shimla

The hotel presented cleanliness issues upon arrival, questioning the level of sanitation provided. Additionally, the room size did not justify the cost, and occasional noise disturbances were noted. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to rectify any mishaps, including a refunded restaurant bill. The location offered a serene escape from the bustling crowds of Shimla, situated on a hill with a calming atmosphere.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and well-heated, which made for a cozy stay. However, the rooms were a bit smallish for the price and lacked good soundproofing. The service was warm and hospitable, with a smile always ready. The location was calm and serene, away from the hustle of Shimla but could use more activities. The dining experience offered good food, especially against the ala carte options, but it was quite repetitive. Overall, a good value for the money.
